7 Days Himalayan Meditation & Yoga RetreatIn addition to introducing relaxation techniques to ease the transition into Yoga Nidra practices, our Yoga Nidra retreat delves into the concept of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is the main focus of the retreat, even though daily asana, pranayama, and meditation exercises are included in the curriculum to balance the practice and get the body and mind ready for rest and Yoga Nidra sessions. Our school focuses mostly on Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga techniques for asana practice.
Each week, students will receive one day free following their six-day training session. On this day of leisure, our school organizes a half-day excursion for the pupils, which can involve a trip to one of Rishikesh's sacred sites. Usually occurring on a Sunday, the rest day may be moved to a weekday in order to escape Rishikesh's busiest travel days. One of the two destinations on the schedule is Kunjapuri Temple or Vashishtha Cave. The expedition may relocate to a new location based on the situation. The school is funding the outing, which is covered by the course cost. The site will also be decided by the school.
