We are a small, independent residential building survey company based in Pulborough, West Sussex. We specialise in home buyers reports and full structural surveys for people in the process of buying their new home. We also offer defect analysis for people who have problems with their homes (e.g. damp) and provide rebuild valuations for insurance purposes and market valuations so people can better understand the value of their property.
