Roadlay is a family owned Company with over 40 years Director / senior management experience within the Scottish asphalt, aggregates and ready mixed concrete industry.

12 years ago, they set up an independent asphalt production Company in Lanark which was successful and together they expanded into operating their own tipper fleet, sand and gravel quarry and asphalt laboratory, research and development business. These businesses have been recently sold to a major quarrying business.
