Business Description
Mr Adam Critchley is a Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon in the Newcastle Breast Centre, Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle upon Tyne. He treats over 175 breast cancers per year. He qualified from Newcastle Medical School in 2001 with Distinction and completed the majority of his surgical training in the North-East. He spent 12 months as a national TIG Oncoplastic Fellow in Sheffield in 2011-12. He has a strong interest in clinical research and is Principal Investigator in 3 NIHR portfolio studies. He is a teaching faculty member for the Royal College of Surgeons level 1 Oncoplastic course, National TIG fellow cadaveric course, Regional Higher Surgical Trainees course and the Association of Breast Surgery Trainees Annual Meeting.
