Kemp Engineering & Surveying were established in 1988 and have offices at Redruth in Cornwall and Exeter in Devon. We operate throughout the SW and provide site setting out, land surveys, PAS 128 utility surveys, measured building surveys, earthworks measures, deformation monitoring, UAV drone surveys, CCTV drainage surveys, machine control models, 3d laser scanning & point clouds, highway surveys, and adoption surveys to name just a few of our services. We have worked on some of the south west’s most prestigious projects and have a wealth of experience working with clients ranging from blue chip organisations to private house holders.
