Neelam Dawakhana has established by hakim Sirajuddin Zakai in 1966 in the new Seelampur. Hakim Sirajuddin Zakai belongs to the famous clan of hakim Zakaullah i.e (khandan-e-Zakai), which has a history of serving moguls, nizams as their chief physician and, and after the demise of hakim Siraj Uddin Zakai his elder son
2nd generation i.e hakim Imammudin Zakai had been practicing at Neelam Dawakhana and also established a pharmacy unit i.e Neelam Unani laboratories in the year 2002, the aim is to provide effective and research-based Unani formulation to the masses and in 2008 third generation of the Zakai’s family had joined the clinic(matab) intending to provide Unani treatment to the masses with scientific temperament. In 2010 Dr. M. Kadhif Zakai established the regimental and Hijama center
at the clinic to provide masses the services of hijama,nutool,zimad,bhapara,dalak,fasad, leech therapy,hamam in a cost-effective .and till now dr m Kashif Zakai is giving his service into the Neelam Dawakhana
